I am writing to complain about the deli very of a package from Bed Bath and Beyond. It was a simple table cover which was ordered on April 23. The Delivery first said April 28, then was moved to May 4. Now it does now seem to have any delivery date, and your customer service cannot help me.
I have gone on line and read numerous comments of how poor your customer seems to be. I do not have any contact with FedEx to know when this will arrive. I presume your company should be able to tell me the status of this package.
I am a Canadian Customer and very disappointed in your online service. And reading comments online - so are a great many disappointed customers.
