I am writing to complain about the Lennox acfurnace unit which we bought through a – W Craig Jelinek email address

Joanne  sent a message to W. Craig Jelinek ,€“ President and Chief Executive Officer of Costco Wholesale Corporation email address that said:

I am writing to complain about the Lennox acfurnace unit which we bought through a Costco vendor in 2013. After only 2 years, the ac stopped working in Sept. 2015. we were charged $80. to find the problem and $865. labor to install a new part!!! Lennox supplied the part and will reimburse us $75. towards the $945. labor to find problem and replace the part!! This $945. labor charge is the GREED of Superior Air Water. Costco supplies customers for them with an instore display. We trust Costco for quality in anything they are associated with. Our trust has been damaged. Lennox and Superior Air Water need to be reviewed as to quality. We should have never had to pay that much labor on a $6,600. unit that failed after only 2 years!! The $75. reimbursement doesn't even cover our $80. cost to find the problem, let alone the $865. labor cost to install new part. And the $75. didn't make it to us yet either!! I am having to beg for it !! They received our claim form and copies of receipts by registered mail on November 23, 2015 and we never received any notification from Lennox. I e-mailed them and so far no real answer. This whole thing has been a big headache since September of 2015! I look to you for some recourse. We are retired on a fixed income. We shop at Costco to save money. This deal just is not right!!.
