I am writing to let you know of my recent experience shopping online at jcpenny. I was unsure of the size I needed for the shirt I wanted to order. I called your customer help line and explained my situation. The customer service agent said that I needed to order an XL. I again told her my size and she said that was absolutely the size I needed. I explained that I would be traveling with my husband in a very remote area and would not be able to get to a post office to return them if they were too big. She again said I absolutely needed an XL. So I placed my $100+ order. EVERY SINGLE SHIRT IS HUGE ON ME AND NOTHING FITS! I dont need to tell you how angry I am about this. I am stuck with shirts I cant wear, out $100+ and no way to return the items. I tried to post a review about my experience and it was rejected and I was told that until I removed the negative review of customer service, they would not post it. I expected better quality and customer service from your company. I will NEVER shop at your store again.
