I am writing to you because we cannot get a customer service response.
We built a new home and were told it would be 6 weeks for cable services to be installed. It is now 8 weeks with no cable, internet or phone service.
I have been working with your department on this and they told me it would be installed 2 weeks ago by the end of the week. Now no one returns or accepts any calls.
Please inform us as to what is going on and perhaps work on customer service.
