Ginger sent a message to Donald W. Slager – Chief Executive Officer and President of Republic Services, Inc. – Email Address that said:
I am writing to you in regards to the poor service I have experienced with Republic Services over the past 2 months.
We have paid on time and even enrolled into the automatic debit each quarter....and this is where everything went down hill. The automatic payments were not going through. Noticed one morning our trash can was removed. Called customer service. After we spent an hour on the phone the rep discovered the mistake. She escalated for them to come back and return trash can. Instead of getting just our original we received a second trash can. Called again stating we didnt order a second can to come by and pick up. She gave us the following Friday for trash removal and the second can to be removed. Long story short ....no trash has been picked up nor either can. We have cancelled services with Republic due to the inconsistency of service when money is being withdrawn and to include the many of citations from our HOA that has racked up from cans being overflowing and by curb side all week(S).
I hope this can be taken care of TODAY and not next week. If cans are not removed by end of business day I will take action with Media and Better Business Bureau.
