Miss Howard sent a message to Michael O'Leary CEO, Ryanair Email Address that said:
I am writing to you with a compliant from myself after scolding to my legs and leaving a burn to my leg of which is likely to scar me.. The medical treatment and non compliance of a health and safety of an incident on your air line was shocking to say the least.. The tables are very rickety and in my opinion unfit for boiling hot drinks as a high risk assessment let alone the staff training within first aid and customer care after such a painful experience with a passaging in shock and seriious pain 'on air craft and once leaving your aircraft. There is not enough room for me to report all to you as i wish to. My flight was on the 2/3/16 from Lanzarote to Standsted flight 8289: seat 21A departing at 12.05pm and landing around 4.30pm my booking ref - JN9GVZ -- I was informed by your staff this is a frequent accident on aircraft therefore stunned with how incompetent health and safety regarding an accident. I have taken pictures of burn as eveidence.
I hope to hear from you soon to express my concerns and also my injury from flying with Ryan air before i seek legal advice..
Yours faithfully
Miss Maria
