I am writing you about my husband Robert. He had lost his job and could no longer pay for his car. He tried to talk to them about it but didn't want to work with him.So he turned it in to the dealership. Now you want us to pay 17000.00 for a car we don't have. He traded in a truck for this car and it only had 2000 miles on it. So I know they made money off of both vehicles. If you want us to pay at least give us a car to show what we are paying on. We are hardly getting by now. Please see if anything can be done. Thank You
