I am writting you to advise of the mayhem that is happening with one of the PODS locations. The way employees are being treated is unacceptable. The Arizona location is managing the Las Vegas location from Arizona. There is no manager or leader in Las Vegas. The Arizona location has no idea how to effectively set the routes for the drivers. They give routes to the drivers that are anywhere from 10 to 14 hour runs. If the driver complains about it, they are told if they don't like it they will just be fired because everyone is replaceable. 5 here is no employee appreciation what so ever. Most weeks were are required to work 6 days a week and we are not provided scheduled days off. We get a phone call the night before advising if we are scheduled to work or not the next day. We are told the Arizona driver are paid approximately 18 to 21 dollars an hour but there is not 1 driver in las vegas that makes more the $13 an hour. And we have CDL licenses. One employee onlyake $11 an hour. I have a long tenure with PODS and hope to continue with more, but the way employees are treated is getting g out of hand. I should not have to go to work and bust my ass for 13 hours and still come home fearful of losing my job because I complained I wanted to get a day off and cause I'm burnt out. Not to mention 113 degree heat doesn't help either. Sometime needs to be done. We need a manager on site not outside of the state and we also need a dedicated schedule and a little appreciation for our hard work and being under paid. I should not have to be fearful of my job.
