Shelley sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. Email Address that said:
I apologize for bringing this problem to you but the normal channels do not appear to be working. We have had numerous problems, and we have spent numerous hours, with Charter customer service who is often times rude and unhelpful. The opposite of customer service. I have a professionally required signature on my outgoing email that is supposedly the reason why I frequently am confronted with my email not going through and being identified as spam by Charter. The signature is as follows... PRIVILEGED and CONFIDENTIAL
This electronic message and any accompanying documents are confidential and privileged. They are intended for the sole use of the addressee. If you receive this transmission in error, you are advised that any disclosure, copying, distribution, or the taking of any action in reliance upon this communication is strictly prohibited. Moreover, any such disclosure shall not compromise or waive the attorney-client, accountant-client, or other privileges as to this communication or otherwise. If you have received this communication in error, please contact me at the above email address.
Why is it that this can not be fixed? The recurring problem is interrupting my business and preventing me from conducting my business.
Thank you for your time.
Shelley
