I apologize for sending you this email but I feel I am left with no other option. On 2/13/15 I purchased a sectional sofa with an estimated delivery of 4/6/15. My cc was charged on 5/14/15 and the sofa was not delivered until 6/2/15. There are several issues with the sofa and I have been continuously calling and emailing photos to try an resolve the matter. The issues involve a cushion that was not filled properly, a bent sofa leg and the sectional is not put together properly and because of this now it wont even stay attached. To date no one has been sent out to examine the sofa. Today I spoke with someone who referred the matter to an outsourced company that is coming to look at the sofa on 8/28/15. I am completely taken back at how this matter is being handled by Pottery Barn and would rethink ever purchasing anything from them again.
