I apologize in advance for taking away your valuable time with this email. I am contacting you because of an unresolved issue on my granddaughter's 2014 Rogue. She was having some service issues resolved and was notified that one of the issues required a navigation update and it was not covered by her extended warranty. Unfortunately, we do not agree as the reason for the extended warranty was for these types of situations and Nissan admits through bulletin that a navigation defect exists.  and I would ask that someone step up and accept responsibility for this issue. This was my granddaughter's first new car, upon graduation from college, at my suggestion from previous satisfaction with our Nissans, was I wrong.
