I applaud and am so very humbled and proud of your brave, smart, humane, logical, well-reasoned and determined decision, announced today on behalf of your great company. As an American troubled by the trajectory of these mass shootings in our country, you singlehandedly have restored the hope I had lost in writing to politicians about these issues (deaf ears. no change. even small. ever.) Im 58, and raised two active and athletic sons, so we shopped at Dicks all of the time! (One son became a Marine -- well-trained to use such weapons). Ill be shopping at Dicks now more than ever, and certainly before anywhere else. There is no way to explain in words the relief and renewed sense of hope I feel, thanks to you and your boards decision. Best to you and bless you for doing the right thing for our country. Today, you are a TRUE AMERICAN HERO!!!
