Deborah sent a message to Jane Fraser CEO, CitiMortgage that said:
I applied for a loan modification June 2014 to lower my interest rate and as of today I have not received an answer from the mortgage team at your company. However, I have been going back and forth sending the same documents every month. Can you please review my loan modification documents and provide me with a yes or no answer? I am very frustrated with your company process used to determine the qualification of your customer. Even worst your workers or frustrated with me, today I was told at some point one worker canceled the modification and we started from the beginning. I am trying to prevent a home foreclose by request a lower interest.
