I attempted to buy a Swiss Air flight online to Geneva for next May on – Harry Hohmeister email address

Susan sent a message to Harry Hohmeister – CEO, Swiss International Air Lines – Email Address that said:

I attempted to buy a Swiss Air flight online to Geneva for next May on 25/9/16 and used my debit card via Sofort for (£85.91) the Sofort transaction went through but the flight was never confirmed. I then had to buy an identical flight with my credit card which was confirmed.
I have an email from Akesa (customer Travel services /R1S sent on 1/10/16 confirming they agree I am due a repayment of £85.91for the flight that was never confirmed but they have failed to give me the refund despite repeated emails from me.
I understand from my bank this is a simple case of a refund and would be grateful for your help.
