John sent a message to Craig Menear – Chairman, CEO and President of The Home Depot email address that said:
I been dealing with the following case: Cancel Order since July 2016 at Home Depot customer care.
I have documented thoroughly and have requested the assistance of Mr. Jimenez, Home Depot Regional Manager. All I been getting is one hindrance after another without solving my issues. I have requested countless of times to speak or get a hold of an executive to include getting your name and address, but it has gone to deaf ears.
My extent of emails is extensive in my contacts with Home Depot.
I need to get my money refunded $ 5,000. If at this point Home Depot wants me to sign a release, that I be compensated for my wasted time on this matter. Please make sure you check the case and you will find a very large amounts of emails to Mr. Jimenez and customer care.
I have spent thousand of dollars at Home Depot since the purchase of my home June 23, 2016. I also have used Home Depot in the past for other home projects in my previous home.
I was considering using Home Depot to renovate my kitchen, but your management have left a sour taste in my mouth. I might even cancel my new Home Depot credit card.
I trust you will be able to rectify this situation right away and that you look into this matter. Something in Management is not working right.
