I bought a car duster in 2012 in India. Had an accident near Moradabad city. The car was sent to your company dealer in Moradabad for repair in December. I got the car repaired in end of March, I went to the other dealer of your company in another city in dehradun where I live. The workshop manager was shocked after seeing the car and commented that the car was not repaired in the dealership workshop. I showed him all the documents that I received from the dealers workshop in Moradabad. I had a talk on the phone with your ASM MR Aproov Verma and he said that I should leave the car there in the workshop and he will look in this matter. Sir I did my research there itself in the second workshop in dehradun I was shocked to see and realized that cheating was done by your Moradabad dealer in the payments n parts also. For example I was charged for the rear axle tube Rs 56145/- in Moradabad and the same part was costing just Rs 36000/- only in dehradun workshop. The bill which I was given is 474000approx in rupees. On seeing inside of the car none of the parts are seeing to be original or changed by new one just as being shown on the receipt which I have paid. I feel like being cheated by your company. I am a doctor by profession and the delay in the repairs is costing me a lot. If such a negligence is there I would not recommend any of my colleagues to buy any of your make cars, and further legal action can be taken. I request you to kindly look into this matter personally.
