I bought a Nissan Sunny in Cairo Egypt, Chassis number 26150, motor number 764595 and it is still under warranty and it has 20,000 Km on the odometer. Last week when I was doing the service at Modern Motors in the Hakstep Cairo Egypt, I was told that the brake pads and the drums need to be changed and that they will cost 3,400. When I asked about the warranty, I was told that the factory decided 3 months earlier that the warranty will not cover the brake pads and the drums. When i questioned how the factory change the warrant while I have the car I was told that there is nothing they can do about it. I called the factory number and complained and I was told that I will hear within 24 hrs. and 3 days later I didnt hear from anyone.
I expect an answer from a company like Nissan that has the utmost respect around the world
