Asegul sent a message to W. Craig Jelinek President and Chief Executive Officer of Costco Wholesale Corporation email address that said:
I bought a TV from Costco on November 30th and didnât open the package until my daughter was going to visit for Easter.
I hired 2 people to put it up on her wall when she arrived and when we plugged the tv half of the screen was black. There was picture on the other half.
Samsung sent in a technician and he took pictures and there is no damage outside.The technician told me that there is no damage outside to the tv.
When I called Samsung today they said that due to physical damage they canât repair the tv. How can they see that there is a physical damage without any damage that anyone can see and also I have 4 witness (the handymen that opened the tv) and my daughter and her friend.
We all witnessed the opening of the package .
So I demand that you either fix or change this tv.my costco member number
I will go to court with my witness and will have it fixed.
All I want is to have this tv fixed.
