I bought a vacuum cleaner from Samsung dealer Cairo Egypt on last March 2017. 3 repeated failure happened till now. Every time I go to maintenance center they repair ...I take then the failure is repeated. Now after 3 time of the same problem they do not agree to change this machine. I am complaining Samsung Egypt for that attitude .
