I bought a Visio tv on Walmart.com I tried to add a warranty- no one can help me. I went to my superstore in boynton beach and was told I had to communicate only on line. Online told me to go back to the store. Tried calling elrctronics department- no answer ; tried calling store manager- on hold 15 minutes- hung up.i am a valued customer who is quietly becoming a non- customer. Please advise
