I bought an HP printer last week at Wal Mart. Desk jet 2652. The ink cartridges would not work. I contacted your company on Facebook as instructed and received an auto reply saying I would be contacted within two hours. That was four days ago.....still waiting. I am now on my way to return your product and will be buying another brand. Take a moment to read the reviews on this printer then either fix it or take it off the market.
