I bought my Viking Range after I saw a vignette about Viking on Sunday Morning. I was redoing my kitchen and I decided as much as I cook I deserved the best.
As far as regular cooking I love the six burners, the griddle and the small oven. Unfortunately the large over has never worked right. Ive had it serviced three times. My first Thanksgiving I put a turkey in and when I went to check it, the oven had shut down. I couldnt get it to light again. Had to wait an hour for it to relight. It quit again after an hour. I managed to cut the turkey in half and get it in the smaller oven. I called for service and they said it was fixed. It works for short periods of tIime. The next was Christmas when I tried to bake cookies. It just wont stay on for long. Ive had three repairs and none of them last. Im just totally disgusted now. I have contacted by email your company several times with no resoonse. I just want the oven to work. Theyve replaced parts, made adjustments. All have been repair people recommended by Viking. Please help??!?!?
