I bought my washer by nearly mid of 2010 (currently out of warranty)
Im facing water leakage from the bottom of the machine
I called the customer service in Egypt and they visited my home and promised to get the needed spare part to fix it
Suddenly they replied that the machine is old one and they cannot support
Also added that Im free to throw it if I want
Please support or at least provide me with right channel or contact I can use
