Floyed sent a message to Greg Brown Chairman and CEO, Motorola Solutions, Inc. – email address that said:
I bought the phone on 6th of June and within one month the phone died. I
gave it to the service centre on July 2nd and they are
telling me that the board needs replacement. Certainly I doubt the quality
of product. I would expect a cheaper quality product from a Chinese brand
but not motorola.
After 4 weeks there is no sign of my phone. The service centre tells me
that they are waiting for the replacement board. I called the customer
support and they are giving me a lame excuse that the parts are shipped
from all over the world so it will take time. *1Month time is not at all
acceptable. *
I am sending this mail after a lot of frustration with the service centre.
I feel *cheated* and have *lost the trust in motorola*. I had purchased 4
motorola phones (2 x Moto e, MotoX and 1 Moto G) for my family before but
after this never again will i do that.
I will be purchasing another phone soon certainly not motorola.
