I brought a recently purchased Sony TV into the Riverhead Long Island for repair. I received an email informing me that the TV was shipped from the service center on August 23rd at 7;40 AM. It is now 11 days later and calls to the Geek Squad and the Riverhead store cannot locate my television. I would like a full refund for the television.
