I brought a vehicle from laurel, md. CarMax on may 5, 2015. on nov. 13, 2015 my vehicle broke down unable to drive. vehicle towed to CarMax white marsh, md. informed that loaner or rental unavailable until vehicle looked at. we called on nov. 17, 2015 told to busy to look at vehicle, will have to wait for a cancellation. I called on Nov. 19, told person in charge of my vehicle was not at work today. we called again Nov. 20. same response. We called corp. customer service. white marsh CarMax called back in 20 min. saying slot open to look at vehicle. we picked up rental on Nov. 21, after a week without vehicle. shop found two major problems with vehicle. given loaner Nov. 27. Picked up vehicle Dec. 4. told by service tech tires are ball. had vehicle 180 days. replaced brakes, two major repairs, ball tires. SHOULD THIS VEHICLE BEEN SOLD BY CARMAX. This is my third car from CarMax. This may be my last after condition of vehicle after CarMax 120 point inspection and service dept. treatment. thank you for your time.
