I buy all of my appliances from Sears. My stove, refrigerator, washer dryer. I also bought a couch from Sears.They have always installed. I just bought my 2nd dishwasher from Sears at the cost of $675.09. It was delivered by an outside carrier, not by Sears. Very strange. Sears tells me that this one will cost me $200.00 to install, but not by Sears. An outside plumber. Why is this.?
No wonder Sears is losing business. It has always been the best when it comes to costumer service.
I now have an uninstalled dishwasher sitting in my kitchen.
Hopefully my son will be able to install it.
At my age of 84 I no longer tolerate incompetence.
I will no longer recommend Sears to anyone.
