I called customer service and spoke to manager and requested a call back from customer service director. This has not happened. Your customer service is very poor and non responsive to your customers. I viewed your active complaints and the NYS Attorney General actions and I feel your company has many concerns. I am a senior citizen with limited income and dont expect increases in my bill all the time. Please have someone respond to my complaint. I also would like to talk to a live body.
