I called customer service to ask some specific questions about a restriction on my account that I was not given any notice about. I was lied to, yelled at, and hung up on. I have been a loyal paypal customer for many many years. I am a supervisor for a call center and cannot believe I was treated so poorly. I would terminate any employee that treated a customer like I was treated. When I asked to speak with a higher person I was told to find the legal information because there was not one else that I could talk to.
