I called Dillards today because the fact that they are noting the wrong ballance on transunion is affecting my Credit mrating and their attitude was we will not report your payment to the credit bureau, the system does this automatically; its been a couple months, How LONG since I pay do you report to TransUnion? You already reported to Equifax the guys excuse was blaming the Credit Burau and The real problem here is you give off the impression of a company that does not care and I frankly dont trust giving my full social to a guy that is clearly HALFWAY around the world in a calling center.
Very dissapointing my attitude? Next time, Im not charging anything on that card. I paid it off and you act as though nothing was paid.
