I called into the Billing center to ask questions on 1-27-17 , the customer person I reached did not provide good customer service, her communications skills are lacking diplomacy. My husband was on the call with us. The call was made at 10:59 in regard to Invoice, I called back at 11:12 and spoke with Deshond on 1-27-17. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he asked several question and resolved my issue. I asked him to pass along my complaint to the supervisor and thanked him for his assistance. He handled the call with professionalism and diplomacy as an exemplary employee. Thank you for hiring staff like Deshond!
