I called service depart. on 03/20 for a dryer repair, was scheduled on 03/27. I recieved email on 03/25 stating they were coming to repair a range . I called on 03/27 to confirm appointment only to have them cancel it because they made an error. I have a disabled person in my home that I care for and a husband who is a truck driver and needed to do laundry, we live 15 miles from town and it is not feasable to leave my disabled person to dry clothes, nor should I be expected to do this. This service department is seriously lacking. This needs to be addressed. I have noticed in reseaching, that I am not the only person to be dissatisfied with your service department. This is their error, they should be correcting it and send a repairman out today.
