I called to cancel my service on my Cadillac since it only works when Sirius has a promotion, I have called your customer service line today 9/8/16 and spoke to anna who does not want to cancel the service on my Cadillac and transfer it to my Chevrolet equinox my device for the cancellation, the radio stopped working and I keep paying. I am sending this compliant to you since your customer service people cannot or refuse to help. Thank You John
