Elizabeth sent a message to Charlie Ergen – Co-founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dish Network – Email Address that said:
I called to order dish and had a friend added it on there and got free installation and was scheduled on a weds or a Thursday to have them come to my home the guy on the phone was ready to read me the terms and the phone got disconnected well I called back on the day the guy was suppose to come to my home and he never showed up so when I called back they didn't have my information saved or anything had to run my credit again and after that said I had to pay something I said no i had it to where I got free installation and was mad after that I still had to pay . I am very upset that is was all set up and then I got the run around I don't think it is right at all
