I called today the customer service number and would like to share with you my experience. I called because my bill for September had went up by $10 because of a "promotion" that expired. When I spoke to billing department they told me I could continue with that same promotion but would have to transfer me. They transferred me to a "continuation" area and I spoke to "Isabella", she continually tried to talk about other billing things other than what I told her. Then I spoke to SUPERVISIOR Sabrina op ID B3U and she basically told me to take my business elsewhere. I am very upset that a company would treat its customers in this manner and wanted you to be aware.
