I called your call center twice this afternoon and was disconnected both times after going through voice mail jail twice.....four minutes each time. I am trying to change the terms of my savings account and my checking account and would like a monthly service fee taken off. I was not able to change the terms of my two accounts because I was disconnected both times. Please advice. How can I conduct business with 53 Bank if my calls to your call center keep getting disconnected? Thank you in advance.
