I cannot believe the hassle I am receiving to try and provide proof of where I store my vehicles. The documents you request cannot be provided. I have been a very loyal customer and pay my bills on time for 2 cars and 2 boats. I have called twice and nobody can do anything to help me. I have always liked your company and I never filed a claim and dont know why this is happening now. Its pretty lame when you treat a loyal customer like this when I didnt do anything wrong, but have to spend hours to try and prove where I live, but you cash my checks (with my address on it) every time my payments are due. Very frustrated with what was once a great company to deal with.
