I can't tell you how unhappy I a with your Macys.com I placed an order on 4/22 I looked April 23 for the status and all was well. On April 25th I checked and see my order was cancelled and something else was being sent. I called the all center and spoke to rep from the Phillipine's. Who barely spoke English said although Macys took it upon themselves to order a replacement it could not be cancelled. I asked for a supervisor was put on hold after 10 minutes I. Hung up called back spoke to Kyle in the same call center who assured me the order was cancelled. I received an email yesterday stating they could not cancel the order since it was shipped?. Mind you this order is not expected to arrive tome till May 3rd. I live in New York in Levittown. . I replied to the Email from Charles Nathan Raymund and have not heard anything. You need to have a call center in the US if the customer requests to speak to someone there. Very poor customer service. Mary
