I closed an auto loan with 5/3 bank with the purchase of a new auto – Greg D Carmichael email address

I closed an auto loan with 5/3 bank with the purchase of a new auto. The car was purchased on 10/5/17 and the check was sent and received by 5/3 bank on 10/12/17. An auto payment was drafted from my account on 10/13/17 even though the draft date was the 15th of the month. I went into the local branch in Williamston Michigan on 3 occasions and was first told that it was in the "cloud" and the payment was not received. Next I was told that the payment was received and that a check would go out in 7-10 business days. Still no refund. Next I was told that the branch could do nothing and that I needed to call the 800# for the loan department. Loan department told me there was a hold time and then a check mailed. On October 31, 2017 still no refund check from 5/3. Called again and spoke with loan department who told me they could cancel the check and send another and it would be another 7-10 days. Still no check. Address confirmed with all conversations with branch and loan department. Called again today and asked to speak with manager of loan department who again tells me "I am sorry" there is nothing that I can do other than cancel the check and mail another check which will take ANOTHER 7-10 days. We are now 60 days out past the purchase of our new car and still no refund from 5/3. The worst is no resolution. I have been patient with the whole process but 60 days is beyond acceptable.
