I contacted Citizens almost 5 weeks ago seeking a Discharge of Loan document for my mother's mobile home. I was asked to fax information (several pages - everything that was asked including a durable power of attorney regarding my mother) 2 separate times as there was no record of the first. One week later, Shawn called me to confirm receipt of fax. One week later he called to inform me the lien release was mailed - to the wrong address. After 2 weeks - it reached me but listed the wrong year of the trailer and serial number. The Secretary of State will not accept it. No one will return my calls. Please help cut the enormous red tape and forward my contact information to someone that can complete this asap. Every day this is not settled costs my mother $40 - we are well over $500 in additional costs as of today as we cannot sell the trailer without a clear title.
