I contacted Spectrum/Time Warner this morning concerning my bill being raised to $211.48. I am 70 years old and simply cannot afford yet another increase. I was told I was a Time Warner customer if I switched to Spectrum I could lower it to $204.68. I dont even know what that means. I told your representative Spectrum and Time Warner did exactly the same thing. Flooded the airwaves with bargains for new customers on the back of old customers. I am sick of it. Neither Time Warner nor Spectrum has any concern about their customers and their income. I will be looking into a new provider when I return from my family vacation sponsored by my children for my 70th birthday. Just wanted you to know about another unhappy customer, if anyone cares!
