I contacted you over a year ago regarding service and billing issues. You had Scott – Marcelo Claure email address

Thomas  sent a message to Marcelo Claure- the chief executive officer of Sprint Corporation- email address that said:

I contacted you over a year ago regarding service and billing issues. You had Scott Cohen contact me and he for the most part took care of my service issues WITH the promise and understanding that my billing would NOT change. The latter has not been resolved as a matter of fact I am getting collection notices and service interruption threats. The latest effort to resolve my issues is referenced to ticket. When you advertise cutting in half other carrier's bills to come to SPRINT, I wonder why a nineteen year loyal customer has to put up with unresolved service and billing issues. I have talked to SPRINT twice today with promises to get back to me. I requested emails recapping those conversations but only receive "canned" emails...NOT what I requested. I AM NOT HAPPY!!!
