I contacted your customer service about a Kohls in East Peoria, Illinois basically the messiest store I have ever been in and I have been in a lot of stores. They said they would notify the East Peoria store. That really will not serve the problem as one customer I talked to said the store does not care. I walked down row after row and found clothing strewn everywhere, the bedding section had things laying everywhere, nothing in that store had ever been straightened as there were counters of messy clothing piles and even some bedding on the floor when I walked though. The customer I talked to said she does not shop there often because it is too hard to find things without digging through piles of stuff--Your stores are usually neat as a pin, at least in the St Louis area where I live. I just wanted you to know it is time to be Undercover Boss and go and check it out. It will shock you
