I cosigned for my son’s mortgage in Stallings, NC with 5/3 in July. At the – Greg D Carmichael email address

Keith sent a message to Greg D. Carmichael – Chief Executive Officer of Fifth Third Bancorp – Email Address that said:

I cosigned for my son's mortgage in Stallings, NC with 5/3 in July. At the closing, the loan officer told me that he left the originals of all of my financial information at his office. However, at some time during the process, he lost them. He kept telling me that he was looking for them, but after 3 months, I sent an email to his supervisor, Jason. He told me that the papers were probably shredded. When I asked him if he had any proof of that, he said that he would check into it. I never heard back from him. I then asked the manager of the Mint Hill, NC branch to escalate the complaint. This was done on Nov. 15. I have yet to hear from anyone. I do have all of the text messages with the loan officer which note that he could not find my papers. While Jason referred to the situation as an "inconvenience". I look at it much different. I believe that 5/3 failed to adequately secure my financial information which compromises my identity.
Please resoond.
