I decided to order from you guys instead of from Amazon. I felt like I was giving them too much business this season. It was a huge mistake. Now after waiting on hold for over 3 hours and speaking to 3 representatives, including a supervisor, my issue is still not resolved.
It's rediculous, that a company your size can't handle a simple return. Why isn't there an email I can't contact, or even a callback system so customers don't have to wait on hold.
