Anil sent a message to Kazuo Hirai President and CEO, Sony Corporation – email address that said:
I deposit my mobile Z3+ on 28-03-2016 in warranty period isand i received on 14-04-2016,but company took rs-13000/.approximately for me didn't returned me old part of my mobile and also service center gave me in written "Old Part Pending" in job sheet,after 5 days i sent mail to the Sony Company regarding my three complaints
1.Old part pending
2.Back side of pasting was not proper
3.I want to see LAB TESTING REPORT
after this sony company have called me till today.dated 26-06-2016 according to company instructions i deposited my mobile in Shastri nagar ,service station,delhi again i told to Mr Sandeep that its BACKCOVER WAS LIFTED i took screen shot at this moment they gave me OLD PART ,THIS OLD PART IS NOT MINE,THIS PART WAS MODEL Z1,this is a CHEATING for me UNRESPONSIBILTY OF YOUR Side,i have troubled for seven half month
Now you might be having WATER TESTING TEST,IN THIS CONDITIONS,I DONOT NEED THIS MOBILE, KEEP THIS MOBILE YOUR SELF
Please solved my problem as soon as possible
