I do not know why you switched to Barclay for your credit card, but their – Robin Hayes email address

Richard sent a message to Robin Hayes – Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of JetBlue Airways Corporation – Email Address that said:

I do not know why you switched to Barclay for your credit card, but their customer service does not exist. I called about a large charge on my July statement. Chris told me they would remove the charge and investigate. For 2 months they did neither and they charged me interest on the disputed amount. Finally, I resolved the problem and wrote them a letter. They did not respond to that either. American Express was better ... Richard
