I dont know if I will ever get a response from you but this is my last gasp for help. I applied for a home equity loan at one of your banks here in Antioch, TN. Your underwriters denied me so many times after the bank manager tried several times. She even said I should have gotten the loan. My credit is not as good as it should be but she also said people have gotten a loan with 620 score, mine is 645 because of a bump in the road over four years ago with a chapter 7. I had an emergency and it almost broke me. Before that my score was 760. The loan is for $50,000 and would fix my current situation as I would pay off my truck and two other things and have a lower payment. I also have also had my mortgage through you since 2010. Im at a crossroads now and I fear Im going to lose everything. I have a wife and 2 kids and I cannot let that happen. Im a 52 year old man who has taken care of myself and my loved ones for all my life. I honestly dont know what to do now so here I am writing you. It really seems your underwriters simple DO NOT CARE about any situation and are just looking at their own self interests. Their final excuse was Oh, he dont have an account with us . My response was I have a mortgage and would show in writing I would move my accounts to your bank if approved. They still denied me. Please help myself and my family.
