I eem to be stuck in this circle in Medicare part D. Since 1994 I have never had an issue with Medicare or any of its vendors. I had a situation where I was discriminated against and Cigna followed their own process as opposed to what is the law. When handled their way, they lumped the situation with 3 or 4 other issues. In the answer, they further discriminated against me and my doctor, i say my doctor because he had a meeting with this person that in the end would have discriminated against me 3 times. I have breezed through the AA two times. In doing what they did and not doing what the law prescribes, I have been barred from an entity, I have been harassed by a certain few people in D. I have gotten over 100 letters in the mail, they have even taken words of mine off a answering machine and took what ever words they wanted and put them in the context they thought they should be in and then answer them.That is not right at all. Please have some speak to me about this. Thank you
