Willamenia sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink Inc. that said:

I emailed u on January 18, 2016 regarding a delinquent account. I did not know the account was turned over to collections because I canceled service due to "lack of service". I had Prism TV installed and three days later went on vacation. My house sitter told me the service didn't work at all, froze up for hours at the time and continually lost service.

I went into the office, called customer service and had 6 Technicians come out and none could find the problem. One Technician told me to cancel out and go with some one else because another customer, on my street, was having same problem!

I was told that I would not be charged for getting out of contract, both in office and during a call to customer service!

I heard nothing from Centurylink for several months until I was contacted by a Collection Agency!

I have pages of documentation...I talked with Collection Agency and they were down right hateful!

I have been sending in $50 a month to resign this bill as I value my excellent credit! Century Link has cashed the check I sent in, but I keep getting harassed by Collections!

I am disabled. I think your company is unfair and all about the "dollar"....not concerned at all about "good customer service"
